Stirrers

Ecco ELM with Spray Pack 615L Ecco stirrers effectively prevent sedimentation and unwanted variations in colour and viscosity. These stirrers can be installed in almost any type of containter with fluid. As the stirrers use compressed air, they do not generate any spartk and are the best choise for expolsion proof work.

The Ecco stirrers are robust and durable, for duty at full power 24 hours a day. Dust, moisture or high temperatures does not degrate the function.The compressed air keeps umpurities away and serve as coolant. The air motors are easy to start even after long stops depending on the high starting torque.

The air exhaust of the stirrer is directed from the container and has a silencer in order to keep the fluid clean. The Ecco stirrers have high quality motor shaft shields to prevent moisture from entering the gears. The stirrers are stainless steel for handling of all types of fluids.

Ecco HELIX - stirrer for open or closed 200 litre drum
Ecco Helix LS in stainless steel has a helix-shaped stirrer blade which screws down in the 200 litle drum. This stirrer is highly effective and can also be used in other containers with the same depth. Silencer, speed valve control valve and quick coupling for a 3/8" hose is included. For mounting on an open 200 l container the extra "edge bracket" is needed.

Stirrers for open 12, 20 or 200 litre drum
Ecco ELM 33F is a stirrrer with edge bracket, availaible i 3 different sizes for 12 litre, 20 litre or 200 litre standard pails or containers with the same depth. The stirrers are available in stainless steel or carbon steel for different types of fluid. Silencer, speed control valve and quick coupling for 3/8" air hose are included.
