 The paint supply unit has all it's functions located on the panel. This gives a clear overview of the setting in a minimum of time. All functions are located and prepared for production or cleaning/flushing settings. No risk of using wrong settings after cleaning or filling the system. Just operate by the switch. All parts have been designed to reduce trapped paint pigments internally, and to reduce paint volume. Even change of paint filters can be done without one drop of paint spilled on external surfaces.
One pump for all needs of low pressure systems for paint feeding, local or central. Suitable for all types of primer, - base-, clearcoat and catalyst. The same type of panel with stand is used for the different systems. This gives an easy installation and makes it easy to keep clean during operation. All parts of the PSU are made in stanless steel for optimal function. The unit gives a clean surface around the paint system, all the hoses and connections are placed in the same height as the pump panel and is protected by this. The whole design gives a low sound level and operative cost, often reduced by 50% or more. |
