ECCO 320A - THE RELIABLE AUTOMATIC AIRLESS SPRAY GUN

Ecco-320A Ecco 320 A is a fully automatic spray gun with air-operated remote control. The needle valve is opened by an air-controlled piston and closed by a powerful coil spring. All components in contact with paint are made in stainless steel. The sealing parts of the paint needle and valve seat are made in tungsten carbide. The gun is prepared for paint circulation when hot spraying.

Ecco 320 A is also a very good air operated fluid valve, for exemple in colour changing systems and other applications with high demands for quickness and reliability.

ECCO 380A - THE AUTOMATIC AIRLESS GUN FOR ROBOTS

8611-4115-01-E380A Ecco 380A is an airless gun designed to fit most types of high-pressure applications in automoted production lines. All components in contact with fluid are in stainless steel. Valve seat and needle tip is made in tungsten carbide for long durability.

Ecco 380A is available without nozzle fix or with nozzle fix in step of 30, 45 or 90 degrees. It is suitable for cold as well as hot indistrial spraying, where high finish is required, especially wood and steel industry. Sealing rings and o-rings are made in FEP material for waterborne paint and UV paint, alternately sealing rings and o-rings in perflour 128 for higher demands. A wide variety of spray tips are available for all type of applications, with a perfect finish of the treated surface.

SINGLE & TWIN MANIFOLD 380A

Mounting manifold for single ECCO 380A, also available for mounting side by side. Side by side mounting gives possibility to feed and circulate two different materials to the guns. Mounting manifold for twin mounted ECCO 380A, Air connectors for opening and closing the guns. Material circulates through both the guns.

GUN BRACKET 380A

Gun bracket for ECCO 380A, designed for paint robots with hollow wrist. Detachable cover for easy access to the hose couplings. Paint hoses well protected all the way from the gun and through the inside of the robot arm. All parts are made in stainless steel high gloss polished which gives a surface easy to clean. Complete with push in couplings for the pilot air and swivelling couplings for the material circulation.

ECCO 380AA - THE AIR ASSISTED GUN FOR ROBOTS

8611-4138-02-E380AA Ecco 380AA is an air assisted gun designed to fit most types of high-pressure applications in automoted production lines, specially steel and wood industry. All components in contact with fluid are in stainless steel. Valve seat and needle tip is made in tungsten carbide for long durability.

When needed the gun can be changed in less than two minutes without any loss in mechanical precision or performance. Material circulation is provided through manifold even when the gun is in closed position.
