The pump doesn’t work or doesn’t start!
The air supply is blocked.
Too small diameter on the air hose.
The fluid outlet valve is closed or clogged
The filter, pipe or hose is clogged.
The pumps is working but is not sucking in any fluid or is loosing pressure!
Wrong type of compressed air unit is used.
Dirt in the inlet or outlet valve.
The suction arrangement (pipe or hose) is leaking.
The packings in the pumps are worn out.
The paint flow from the pump is not stable!
Wrong type of compressor unit.
Leakage in the inlet and/or outlet valves.
The filter and/or hoses are clogged.
