The pumps doesn’t start or doesn't work!
The air supply is blocked.
Too small diameter on the air hose.
The circulation- or paint pressure regulator is clogged or closed.
The filter, pipe or hose is clogged.
The pumps is working but is not pumping any fluid or is loosing pressure!
Wrong type of compressed air unit is used.
Dirt in the inlet or outlet valve.
The suction arrangement (pipe or hose) is leaking.
The packings in the pumps are worn out.
The paint flow from the pump is not stable!
Wrong type of compressor unit.
Leakage in the inlet and/or outlet valves.
The filter and/or hoses are clogged.
The painted surface has a "peel orange structure"!
Too low paint pressure.
Too high viscosity of the paint.
Wrong diameter and length of the paint hose give a pressure drop.
The spray tip is worn out.
The painted surface has stripes or cloudness!Too low paint pressure.
Too high viscosity of the paint.

Too low viscosity.

Wrong angle of the gun or distance to the object.
A lot of paint dust!
Too high pressure on the atomization air

Wrong distance between the gun and the object.
The solvent is too fast.
Pins in the paint!
The solvent is too fast.
