Our range offers three types of atomizing technology:

·         Conventional – using high velocity and high pressure for finest finish

·         HVLP – using High Volume at Low Pressure for less overspray and better transfer efficiency

·         High Efficiency – using medium volume and low pressure and thus optimizing transfer efficiency

ECCO proposes a very wide range of air caps, needles and nozzles in order to adapt to many different types of material and applications. We can apply solvent based, water based and UV material with our equipment.

In case of large series the electrostatic gun process offers about 20% less paint consumption and makes it easier to reach nice even finishing.
