ECCO Power Flow pump series are the perfect choice for a large variety of industries such as general industry, wood, protective coatings, marine/offshore and more. The pump series range is suitable for liquids from low to very high viscosities, primers, finish paints and paints containing varied particle size. The high paint pressure required for airless paint is generated by strong, double acting air operated pumps. The new designed pump has a high performance air motor that ensures a softer change over, which makes the pulsation lower and the lacquer processing more stable, verses a conventional mechanical change over which has a higher pulsation. The pumps are produced to reach the highest standard of quality and life time and they are available in a range of fluid and pressures ratios: 14:1, 28:1, 40:1 and 75:1.
ECCO POWER FLOW 214S AA
ECCO Power Flow 214S AA is the smallest pump in the Power Flow range and it is suitable for low and average viscosities at high flow rates (stains, transparent lacquers). The Air Assist pump for fine finishing on wood and metal gives superb surface quality and negligible orange peel effect. Up to 20% material economy compared to ordinary airless systems, because optimum atomization reached at low material pressure. Using combined compressed air and airless spray results in an almost entire suppression of rebouncing spray mist. This system also permits positive spraying of grooves, recesses and sinking’s. ECCO Power Flow 214S AA can be delivered bare, on a tripod, a trolley or on a wall bracket.

Spray Pack ECCO Power Flow is a complete set containing all required parts for quick and easy startup. We give advice about what model and which nozzles that would be suitable for your specific application. The hose is in a standard length of 10m but can be adapted to customer’s demands. Spray Pack ECCO Power Flow 214S AA includes hose and spray gun (ECCOMix). It produces a smooth finish, and can be used on many applications. Air Assist spraying is versatile; the operator can vary air volume, paint pressure, and spray pattern.

ECCO Power Flow 328S A/AA is particularly suitable for craftsmen as an additional unit and industrial painting jobs. The ECCO Power Flow 328S A / AA qualifies for the machine building, wood, furniture, steel and vehicle industries. It is suitable for anyone who uses a variety of painting materials. The pump also qualifies for manual and automated installations feeding one or more spray guns. The ECCO Power Flow 328S A can be delivered bare, on a tripod, on a trolley or on a wall bracket and it can easily be adjusted into an Air Assist model (AA).

A ready to use unit complete with regulators hose and spray gun, available as both airless and Air Assist model. Spray Pack ECCO Power Flow 328S A includes high pressure spray gun ECCO 360 with standard nozzle, swivelling coupling and whip end hose for good ergonomics. The pump ECCO Power Flow 640S A is suitable for medium and high viscosity materials. This pump has been designed for high performance purposes and feeds large type nozzles or several spray guns at a time. Suitable for protective coatings, wood and car manufacturers. A single spraying operation produces high coating thickness and high performance characteristics. The use of solvents is cut to a minimum, because highly viscous materials can be applied directly. There is hardly any overspray or spray mist with the environment remaining clean. The air powered airless model ECCO Power Flow 1275S A is designed to withstand the toughest working conditions as can be found at shipyards, steel construction plants, freight car manufacturing plants or bridge building sites. ECCO Power Flow 1275S A pumps come in various versions: hydraulic pressures up to 450 bar corresponds to relative transfer volume up to 210 cc /cycle so that even with several spray guns and long material hoses considerably high spray pressures can be obtained. ECCO Power Flow 1275S A pumps are in stainless steel 410 and also available in high quality steel versions (SS304, SS316, Food Grade, etc) on customers request. These pumps are also available as stationary units for wall mounting.
